Boken Aquatics is a swim club that provides swim training for all students regardless of their current proficiency. The club focuses on developing athletes and opportunities to reach their full potential in the pool and our qualified coaches work with each athlete to help them achieve their individual goals, whether that is competitively or fitness directed. Our squad structure allows for athletes to train at their level with the ability to progress from club level all the way to National level and anywhere in between.

By becoming a member of Boken Aquatics, you will have access to one-of-a-kind resources to help you learn proper swimming technique. You will learn to be a strong competitive swimmer and how to have the best swimming technique.

Understanding the science behind the swim techniques the fastest swimmers in the world use is necessary in order to become the best one can be. At Boken Aquatics, we believe good swimming technique combined with the right swim training allows the swimmer to progress to the highest level of performance. However, most swimmers can benefit from more technical instruction in order to improve. Swimming technique is half of the equation toward fast swimming, yet few swimmers nor coaches spend much time on technique.
